Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Due to the nature of our business and products, kindly note that we will not accept returns on any of our products unless:

  • The item is damaged upon receiving due to handling and shipping

In this event, we will need extensive proof of damage to refund.

The following steps should be taken in the event of a complaint about a return:

  • Photos should be taken there and then showing damage to the product
  • The product should be handed back to the shipping company and signed as a return
  • The shipping company will contact us to confirm damage
  • Return turnaround will be discussed after investigation of damage is completed

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards or vouchers

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We will not exchange one product for another.

Gifts

If the item was purchased as a gift, the same return conditions will apply when the gift is received by the person it was purchased for.
